Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy

Delivery

• We deliver to selected villages and areas only: [[list villages / PIN codes]]. We confirm whether we can deliver to you before your subscription starts.
• Delivery time: [[e.g. 6:00–8:00 am]]. Delivery charge: [[free / ₹X per day]].
• If you are not home, [[milk will be left at the agreed spot / the delivery will be skipped]].

Pausing deliveries

To pause for travel or other reasons, tell us by [[8 pm the previous day]]. Paused days are [[added to the end of your plan / credited]].

Cancellation

• Before your subscription starts: you may cancel at no cost.
• After it starts: [[remaining days refunded / credited, minus any charges]].
• We may cancel if we can no longer deliver to your area; any unused amount will be refunded.

Quality issues and refunds

If milk is spoiled or damaged on arrival, please tell us on the same day with a photo. We will [[replace the next day / credit that day]]. Refunds are paid by [[UPI / cash]] within [[7 days]].
